Just want to share a happy happy happy story for me...Pg td mase datang ofis ak dpt email yg mengesahkan jawatan ak selepas system baru company ak launch in 1st otcober (SAP = stand for System application product). So the new team called Master Data Management (MDM) r develope for handle Unilever's Malaysia (MY) & Singapore (SG) data. makanya...secara tidak langsungnye ak bukan je handle data MY but MYSG....atau dalam erti kata lain...keje ak akan bertambah...DEM!!!!

Tp at the same time ak bersyukur ke hadrat Illahi atas limpah dan Kurnianye (ewah2..Cam nak bg ucapan la plak..hahhaha) rezeki ak insyaAllah di sini...in 5 years nie rasenye ak masih disini kot...sbb ak rase data2 ni suma da jd "makanan" ak je...

MDM tu ape??
Rame member2 ak tnye ak ape ke jadah nye MDM tu or my previous post (MDA = Master Data Assistant)...Act it same likes Data Coordinator laaarrr...
Skop keje nye plak :
handling all the Company's Product Data...means setiap product mesti ade code die barcode die & all information it self such as vendor, Price , Costing, Product hierarchy, Tax & etc...for sure korang xpaham..sbb ak dulu xpaham pape..hahhaha...so suma info ni ak kene dapatkan & maintain in the system. at the same time ak kene monitor all the info sampai la benda2 alah ni activate in the system....Renyah dowl...Even kalu kate buat promotion shampoo sunsilk free towel..Towel to pon kene ade code die...bukan men suke suki nak band je...

Ni La email yg ak nantikan sejak sebulan yg lepas...Thanks a lot to all regional & Naim....I owe all of you...

1) Processes flow, Roles & Responsibility .
a. Will follow 100% ULT module & Process flow - copy paste
b. Wk 32 - Build connection with ULT for consultant and Cyndy visit by Hassan
d. WK 33 - Visit ULT by JKT Consultant & Cyndy.
c. WK34 - Build Process flow will by Mohan Raju & JKT Consultant

2) Training for New MDM Lead & Go live.
a. WK35 Training will be done by Eccenture & Mohan Raju.
b. New MDM team go live in wk 36.
c. Will operate from Knorr room as central dept. on temporary basis.

3) MDM team member.
a. Claire Lim.(MDM Manager)
b. Norazrin Norsyam Yee.
c. Arumugam Karuppiah.
d. Nur Syarima Ghazali
e. Sitra Marimuthu.
